Join Columns & Coffee as we stroll through the winding lanes of small, quiet Crestmoor Park, just east of Holly Street and south of the tree-lined 6th Avenue Parkway.  Enjoy seeing this pre-WWII integrated neighborhood that was developed between 1936 and 1941 and the various architectural styles it contains such as Mediterranean, Tudor, Colonial, Monterey, and French Country.  We’ll see houses by architects Temple Hoyne Buell, Burnham Hoyt, and J. Roger Musick and builders such as Harry M. Bitman and John J. Falkenberg.

Location: Meet for coffee at Steep Tea & Coffee, 4100 E. 8th Avenue, at the SE corner of Albion Street.  In the Crestmoor Park neighborhood, meet near 7 Crestmoor Drive.  Please be respectful of the neighbors when parking.

Cost: $10 general, no cost to ICAA Members
