From the original 1950’s real estate brochure: “This beautiful French Normandy home was designed by Fisher & Fisher, Architects, and build by Dunn & Gibson in 1930.  It is situated on 24 beautifully landscaped lots overlooking the golf course of the Denver Country Club.  The house is built on the side of a hill and the grounds are terraced. And…showing the entrance hall with travertine floor and hand painted ceiling done by John E. Thompson.  The living room is through the last door on the left and the library entrance directly across to the right.  The octagonal loggia is seen at the end of the hall.  The Otis elevator which runs from the basement to the third floor is the first door on the left…”

Please join Columns & Coffee for this rare tour of the historic Brinkerhoff Mansion, made possible by the generous Owners of the house and Mr. Jon Gordon of Kentwood Real Estate.

Location:  At 8:30am meet for coffee at Starbucks, 1209 E. Alameda Avenue, just east of Downing Street. Approximately seven blocks to the northeast is the Brinkerhoff Mansion, 1681 E. Cedar Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80209, located on the south side of the Denver Country Club golf course at South Gilpin Street.  The tour will begin at 9:00am.

Parking:  Near the intersection of E. Cedar Avenue and So.
